Ventilation

In addition to the use of high-quality material, optimal ventilation is of extraordinary relevance for every silo. This is because only good air circulation prevents the formation of condensation and subsequently leads to hygienic storage of concentrated feed. The positive effects of healthy forage on herd performance have been scientifically proven. To keep the germ count in the silo at a low level, all Hedemann silos have an air dumper in the basic version.

Quality

Our silos are made for professionals, therefore they are also manufactured by professionals. Each silo is produced in our own production halls and undergoes systematic quality control. For example, our outdoor silos are fully assembled in a heated hall to ensure that the joints cure optimally.

Durability

Our silos are subjected to static testing. Therefore, durability of up to 30 years is not uncommon. The solid workmanship is transferred to our entire product range. This means that our products are used for generations to come. In addition to the silo statics, we also provide the foundation statics for our type A silos free of charge upon purchase.

Own auger production

A tubular auger is the ideal complement to a concentrated feed silo to ensure that the feed is transported gently and quickly from the silo to the feeders. We leave nothing to chance and manufacture the tubular augers in our own production facilities. Our development department attaches great importance to wear resistance and maintenance-friendly design.
